Mr. Ndu is a sagacious, dynamic, fiscally conscious and goal-driven business executive, who approaches business challenges with an inherent knack for innovation, creative thinking, problem-solving and calculated risk-taking, boosting stakeholders return on investment and increasing bottom-line results.
Having earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 1982, and armed with qualifying credentials as a Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), He brings his nearly four decades of experience to the business industry.
Emeka Ndu started his professional career with Price Waterhouse in 1983 as an Audit Assistant and was recognized as a high-potential executive- he left as a Senior/Audit Manager in 1987. He was Group Finance Manager for Apapa Trawlers Ltd in 1987 and 1988 and was responsible for the overall financial management of a group of three fishing companies within the Ibru Group.
From 1988 to 1991, Mr. Ndu became Group Head, Money Markets/Project Finance- Ventures & Trusts Ltd and was responsible for Liability Management and offering project advisory services for clients including equity and debt advisory services for start-up or expansion projects.
Mr. Ndu is currently the Vice Chairman of C&I Leasing Group with the overall responsibility of directing the Group’s activities for its business development and strategy. He joined C&I Leasing in 1991 as the Managing Director and co-promoter and helped raise equity from local financial institutions & other investors. He helped steer the company to its listing on the Nigeria Stock Exchange in December 1997, as the first and to date, only leasing company to be listed on the Exchange.

Mrs. Chiadi Ndu was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987. She holds a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology, Diplomas in Stress Management and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and a Certificate in Addiction Counselling. She also has a Certificate from Becks Institute for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Depression. Chiadi is an Institute of Integrative Nutrition New York certified Health Coach and is also equipped with Biofeedback training from Stens Corporation California. She has a Ph.D. in view.
Chiadi Ndu has extensive training and experience in the field of Critical Incidents/ Post-Trauma Support, Stress Management, Mood disorders, Substance Abuse and Addictions. Her uncommon process of integrative psychotherapy, enables her utilize a variety of orientations and therapies that address the complete well-being of the individual.
Chiadi’s approach to counselling has been described as warm, relaxed and involving genuine care, acceptance and non-judgment. She works with clients from a strength-based, positive, and affirming perspective.
An avid writer and consummate communicator she authored the book ‘ Anchor Beyond my Fears’ and has spoken in various seminars covering a variety of topics that include Stress Management and Holistic Approach to Life and Wellness . She is a contributing writer to BellaNaija (One of Nigeria’s biggest Lifestyle Blogs).

Chiadi Ndu is the Founder of BTH Integrated Services, a Therapy and Wellness firm that provides psychological support services for both corporate and private individuals.
Dr. Olufemi Ladeinde graduated from the Medical School at the University of Ibadan in 1978 and he did his surgical training at Guy’s Hospital, London.He worked at a number of hospitals in the United Kingdom but found that the “symptom-centric” approach of orthodox medicine fell short of the very high standards he had set for himself.
As a result of this, he started studying nutrition and its effect on health and the process of ageing. He took courses at the Plaskett Nutritional Medicine College and the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, both in London.Dr. Ladeinde now practices as a Nutritional Consultant.
Mr. Udenze has several years of experience in commercial law practice and litigation. He has built a strong experiential base in large financial transactions and corporate compliance following long-term company secretarial and legal representative roles in financial service, the oil & gas servicing industry and in the equipment leasing/hire-purchase sector.
He sits on the Board of several privately held limited companies in Nigeria. He is President of the Pension Lawyers Association of Nigeria and former President of the National Association of Catholic Lawyers. He has also been a member of the Advisory Council on the Prerogative of Mercy in Anambra State for the past four years. He is the editor of the Book; Pension Law and Practice in Nigeria (A Review of the Pension Reform Act 2004).
Nzube is a multi-skilled and talented HR professional with over 15 years of experience cutting across the Oil and Gas, Telecommunications and Retail industries. Over the years, she has developed competencies and expertise in human resource management- (with specialization in training, employee welfare and engagement), customer service, sales & marketing and business administration. She started her career as a pioneer staff of Mobitel Limited, where she was part of the team that was instrumental in driving the growth of the company.
Before Joining Broadview, Nzube worked at GUS Consulting Limited as GM Business Services were she was responsible for business administration, overseeing the organization’s CareerHubAfrica Business Unit, Manpower Solutions Services and the Learning & Development Division.
Nzube holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University UK, a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration from Lagos State University and a Diploma in Law from the University of Jos. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK.
As Director-L&D, she has the significant role of helping organizations execute their business strategy by aligning learning, training and development of its people with business priorities.
A Harvard trained lawyer, Rume has over 30 years extensive broad based corporate/commercial transactional experience. Her depth of knowledge and wealth of experience in structuring diverse commercial transactions enables her to bring hands-on knowledge to commercial issues. She worked as in house counsel for 19 years chiefly in the financial and telecommunications industries in Nigeria. She was the General Counsel to MTN before leaving to work in private legal practice. She has a proven track record in project coordination of business-critical high value strategic transactions including: Corporate Restructuring and Business Combinations; Telecommunications Tower Sale and Lease Back Transactions; Long/Medium Term Multi Currency Facilities from Local/International Financial Institutions; Cross Border Managed Services/Outsourcing Agreements. An experienced business consultant, she is skilled at proffering solutions to key issues, delivering bespoke solutions that align with wider business goals and strategy. She is passionate about social causes and believes in active participation towards meaningful disclosure and policy prescription for develomental initiatives on both national and international fronts.
