Mr. Emeka Ndu is a seasoned and visionary business executive with nearly four decades of experience in finance, leasing, and corporate strategy. Renowned for his sound judgment, fiscal discipline, and innovative problem-solving, he consistently delivers sustainable growth, enhanced shareholder value, and strong bottom-line performance.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (1982), and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1986.
Mr. Ndu began his career with Price Waterhouse in 1983, rising to Senior Audit Manager by 1987. He subsequently served as Group Finance Manager at Apapa Trawlers Ltd (Ibru Group), overseeing the financial management of multiple fishing companies. From 1988 to 1991, he was Group Head, Money Markets/Project Finance at Ventures & Trusts Ltd, where he led liability management and provided equity, debt, and project finance advisory services.
In 1991, he joined C&I Leasing Group as Managing Director and co-promoter, playing a pivotal role in capital raising, strategic growth, and the company’s landmark listing on the Nigerian Stock Exchange in 1997—the first and only leasing company to achieve this milestone. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of C&I Leasing Group, providing strategic oversight and driving business development across the Group.
Beyond his corporate roles, Mr. Ndu has held several influential industry leadership positions, including Chairman of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria, Vice President of the African Leasing Association, and member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group. He has also served on key maritime and national content committees and is a respected speaker at international leasing conventions in Mexico, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

Chiadi is an Institute of Integrative Nutrition New York certified Health Coach and is also equipped with Biofeedback training from Stens Corporation California. She has a Ph.D. in view.

Her uncommon process of integrative psychotherapy, enables her utilize a variety of orientations and therapies that address the complete well-being of the individual.
Chiadi’s approach to counselling has been described as warm, relaxed and involving genuine care, acceptance and non-judgment. She works with clients from a strength-based, positive, and affirming perspective.
An avid writer and consummate communicator she authored the book ‘ Anchor Beyond my Fears’ and has spoken in various seminars covering a variety of topics that include Stress Management and Holistic Approach to Life and Wellness . Pastor Femi is the Pastor in charge of Lagos Province 47. He also serves as the Programs/ Outreach coordinator of Region 20 (Apapa family) of the RCCG in Nigeria and the Parish Pastor of RCCG Promised Land.

Olu’ is a Chartered Architect & Urban Designer with over 15 years’ experience in designing, managing, coordinating and delivering complex large-scale projects within a series of sectors ranging from Master Planning, Commercial, Workplace, Leisure, Entertainment and Transportation (Aviation, Rail & Road). Olu’ has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and a Masters degree from the Kingston School of Art, London, UK. Olu’ is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts, England.
