In response to demands from a large number of our overseas clients considering investment opportunities in Nigeria in particular and West Africa in general, we commenced services in client representation.

We take ownership of the project on our client’s behalf, carrying out all day to day project management activities- control of subcontractors and resources, commercial management, variations, change control, design approval, agreed budget, operational compliance and timescales, thus saving these organisations resources, time, and money.
