Mr. Ndu is a sagacious, dynamic, fiscally conscious and goal-driven business executive, who approaches business challenges with an inherent knack for innovation, creative thinking, problem-solving and calculated risk-taking, boosting stakeholders return on investment and increasing bottom-line results.
Having earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 1982, and armed with qualifying credentials as a Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), He brings his nearly four decades of experience to the business industry.
Emeka Ndu started his professional career with Price Waterhouse in 1983 as an Audit Assistant and was recognized as a high-potential executive- he left as a Senior/Audit Manager in 1987. He was Group Finance Manager for Apapa Trawlers Ltd in 1987 and 1988 and was responsible for the overall financial management of a group of three fishing companies within the Ibru Group.
From 1988 to 1991, Mr. Ndu became Group Head, Money Markets/Project Finance- Ventures & Trusts Ltd and was responsible for Liability Management and offering project advisory services for clients including equity and debt advisory services for start-up or expansion projects.
Mr. Ndu is currently the Vice Chairman of C&I Leasing Group with the overall responsibility of directing the Group’s activities for its business development and strategy. He joined C&I Leasing in 1991 as the Managing Director and co-promoter and helped raise equity from local financial institutions & other investors. He helped steer the company to its listing on the Nigeria Stock Exchange in December 1997, as the first and to date, only leasing company to be listed on the Exchange.

Pastor Femi is the Pastor in charge of Lagos Province 47. He also serves as the Programs/ Outreach coordinator of Region 20 (Apapa family) of the RCCG in Nigeria and the Parish Pastor of RCCG Promised Land.
A member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria with experience in insurance and safety risk management. He is also a K9 Security consultant Certified in the administration and organizational structure of the effective use of K9 units.

Olu' is a Chartered Architect & Urban Designer with over 15 years’ experience in designing, managing, coordinating and delivering complex large-scale projects within a series of sectors ranging from Master Planning, Commercial, Workplace, Leisure, Entertainment and Transportation (Aviation, Rail & Road). Olu’ has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and a Masters degree from the Kingston School of Art, London, UK. Olu’ is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts, England. Some of the projects under Olu’s belt include Heathrow Airport Expansion Vision - Terminal 6 development, UK, Tanajib Airport redevelopment, Jubail, Saudi Arabia, Eden Project, Morecombe Lancaster, UK, Etihad Rail Passenger Stations, UAE, Engineering Masterplan campus development, University of Cambridge, UK, Multichoice/SuperSport Head Office & Studios Development, Lagos, Nigeria.
Kehinde is an agile, determined and goal-oriented individual, a certified project and cost management professional with excellent Stakeholder, Cost, Contract and Project Management Skills. He is accustomed to managing projects with budgets more than N 3.0 Billion Naira and has managed projects with over 25 multi-discipline trades and teams. Kehinde has a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife. Some of the projects under Kehinde’s belt include Centre of Excellence Project, University of Lagos funded by the Central Bank of Nigeria, Central Bank of Nigeria Lagos office Marina, amongst other large scale complex projects.
