Ladi Ekundayo
Ladi Ekundayo is a much sought-after HR Consultant with experience in HR Consulting, Sales, Service Delivery in the areas of Talent Sourcing and Management, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Performance management and HR Systems.
She brings with her close to two decades of relevant, hands-on experience in Marketing communications, sales & marketing and brand management (including online and social media) and both strategic and tactical marketing.
Ladi worked as the Marketing Manager of ipNX Nigeria Ltd for almost four years before she went on to be the Group Marketing Manager at Channel IT/Quadro Technologies Ltd. Where she was responsible for organizing the first SunJava Developers Conference in Lagos, Nigeria in July 2006 which was attended by well over 300 developers & programmers. She also managed marketing, communications, events and media relations for group product brands – Dell Computers, Andrew Telecom, GRG ATMs and De la Rue systems primarily for channel marketing support.
In 2008 Ladi became a Senior Consultant at Kimberly Ryan where she designed and facilitated recruitment solutions, learning & team building programs for individuals and organizations across economic sectors in Nigeria and Ghana.
In 2013, Ladi moved over to Solidhire LLC (PHED Privatization PMO) where she was appointed Team Lead, HR & Communications. Ladi’s new role place her at the helm of Startegic planning, Communication Strategy, Brand Creation & Marketing, Training design & development, Talent acquisition & on-boarding, Advertising & press relations etc. Ladi is presently a senior consultant at PSNL Business Solutions.

Ladi is a graduate of Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Lagos. She has attending courses on Managing people for Strategic Advantage (2006) Mastering Human Resource Management (2008) at the prestigious Lagos Business School. She also possesses a Strategic HR Leadership Certification from Cornell University. Her other certifications include GPHR (IHRC Certified till 2019), CHRM (IABFM certified) and SWP (HCI Certified till 2019).
