Nzube Okeke
Nzube is a multi-skilled and talented HR professional with over 15 years of experience cutting across the Oil and Gas, Telecommunications and Retail industries.
Over the years, she has developed competencies and expertise in human resource management- (with specialization in training, employee welfare and engagement), customer service, sales & marketing and business administration.
She started her career as a pioneer staff of Mobitel Limited, where she was part of the team that was instrumental in driving the growth of the company.
Before Joining Broadview, Nzube worked at GUS Consulting Limited as GM Business Services were she was responsible for business administration, overseeing the organization’s CareerHubAfrica Business Unit, Manpower Solutions Services and the Learning & Development Division.
Nzube holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University UK, a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration from Lagos State University and a Diploma in Law from the University of Jos. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK.
As Director L&D, she has the significant role of helping organizations execute their business strategy by aligning learning, training and development of its people with business priorities.
