COURSE DESCRIPTION
Self-leadership is about taking responsibility for our outcomes, setting direction for our lives, and having tools to manage priorities. Self-leaders work at all levels of an organization. They are front-line workers in every possible role, middle managers, and CEOs. Self-leaders work hard to achieve their dreams and clearly demonstrate that being in control of their behavior and results, focus, practice, and learning are necessary to achieve their goals. Self-leadership leads to workplace effectiveness and is essential for performing effectively. This two-day course will help participants understand their own personal working styles and how it impacts on others. Look at ways to improve professional and personal potentials by making positive changes in developing and managing one’s self better.
